“After a long and detailed internet search for a certain Franke tap, I chose to buy from Sinks-Taps.com because they were not a faceless internet company (i.e - no phone contact), with no human interaction. From past online reviews, I found they had a good reputaion for customer service and interaction. I wanted to speak to someone personally about the purchase I was making, and I found that phone interaction to be pleasant and helpful. They are a relatively local company to me, and they price matched my tap with one of the cheaper priced faceless internet companies. The tap was posted out quickly and was well packaged. I would recommend Sinks-Taps.com :-)”

“telephone order with Richard Richard checked stock availability with Blanco UK in Watford London Uk and rang me back within 1.5 hours ... yes actually rang me back after he had promised to do so ..... not many businesses actually do as they say these days I find The tap arrived directly from Blanco Uk within 5 days and there was a weekend in that time frame too. friendly helpful service from this Yorkshire based company, going above to get the brushed stainless steel Blanco Candor twin leaver tap to us very quickly keep up the good work will use this company 100% again kind regards Ian in Devon”
