“We had a problem with a faulty tap so I contacted the company for guidance. They emailed back immediately with advice and guidance so very helpful.”

Dear Mrs Hamilton-Gow We immediately responded to your email with details of the Service department. They would be able to resolve any issue quickly and efficiently. However, they would need more details than just the tap is faulty. It could be that due to the new installation, debris is stuck in the valve.

“Ordered a ceramic kitchen sink together with various accessories needed to successfully install it in my laundry room. The sink came in perfect condition, solidly packaged on a pallet with the accessories included inside the main package to ensure nothing became lost in transit. Despatched and delivered quickly with tracking provided.”

“I was so hooked on an aged brass tap from Perrin and Rowe for my new kitchen and I found Sinks-Taps.com by accident. Not only did it offer the best price on-line, but also the salesman I spoke to was very knowledgeable and patient. He reassured me that the dimension and the configuration of the tap would fit well into my new sink. These taps were delivered in two days, beautifully packaged in pristine condition. I was so satisfied with their service that I bought another brass tap for my utility room. Thank you for your service!”
