“Initially looked online but as I had a query I telephoned and spoke to Richard who was very helpful and answered all my questions. I placed my order with Richard about midday stating I required next day delivery which was not a problem and I received the item before 9 am the following day. I thought the website description was very good and impressed it gave technical information. Not only was Richard very helpful he was efficient and knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. Would have no hesitation in recommending your Company”

“I've only just placed my order but wanted to let readers know if you're in a pickle and need a decent sink and fast call Sinks-taps. Richard was an absolute legend at helping me get the sink I needed directly from their supplier just in the nick of time after veing messed around by another company. Highly recommended.”

“The tap I ordered was only available as a special order product. I was informed that as such, it was not possible to request a refund after ordering, if I changed my mind or found the tap unsuitable. This did not sit well with me, buying an unseen item. Sink-Taps readily offered a full refund. This is customer service at it's very best. Thank you.”

“very helpsful staff. The technical advice made all the difference and put my mind at rest and very good value for money. delivery is due tomorrow which is quicker than expected. would use again and recommend. Also had an after sales query and Richard was as helpful after sales as he was before I made the purchase. 10/10”
