“The man in Customer Services who took my order was extremely helpful and most knowledgeable about the company's products. He suggested an alternative tap to go with the kitchen sink I'd chosen, listening carefully to what I said about the features of my plumbing (low pressure) and the characteristics of the tap I had in mind, and pointed me towards a WRAS accredited product which was better than the one I'd originally had in mind (and cheaper too!) The very best customer service experience!”

“I don't normally do reviews, but felt I had to in this instance. Despite ordering a Perrin & Rowe hand made tap 6 weeks before I needed it, manufacturing issues meant it would not be delivered until after the kitchen and worktop were fitted, and after I planned to move in. Richard in Customer Services (and I'm sure some others too) really went the extra mile to source a replacement urgently, and I'm delighted my new tap arrived in time. You can never be sure, when buying online, what a company's customer service will be like in the event of a difficulty, but I can honestly say I have no hesitation in recommending Sinks-Taps.com. Thank you Richard.”
