“I purchased the Liberator shop-a-seat trolley for its compact size getting on and off the bus and it can be used as a seat . I have a problem with my balance and have found the trolley an absolute god send. I would 100 percent recommend this to people. A brilliant find. mosley”

“The trolley was ordered for my 85 year old mother. She was delighted with it, loving the fact that it looked stylish and was lightweight, but fairly soon she had to restitch the top where the drawstring gathers. She is not heavy-handed, so I wonder if that part could be a bit stronger. Overall a lovely purchase.”

“The bag section is good but the wheels are flimsy and make a terrible noise. I bought a trolley that had 3 wheels each side that enabled you to go upstairs easily.”

“Not very good. As you lock wheels and they still swivel around. And it has a mind of its own, keeps going to one side. So not happy at all. I will have to buy another one.”

“I found the bag very useful whilst on a self catering holiday in Spain. The Supermarket was quite a distance away and I really lied the bag. I found it easy to use, but my hisband did not like it. - I ended up using it most of the time”

“In error, I purchased the same shopping trolley twice. I emailed the company of my error and to my total surprise they refunded my money within the hour. My trolley arrived the next day and was of a very good quality. Totally delighted with my purchase and with the customer service. I should mention that you have to put the wheels on yourself but the instructions were simple and it was done within 30 seconds. I highly recommend this company. Thank you for an easy and pleasant transaction.”

“The trolley was out of stock Kevin Naga didn't tell me until after the payment was made it was a gift for a very elderly lady he promised it would be delivered in time for her birthday he said he had spoken to the warehouse manager and said he was going to send it direct, well it didn't arrive so I had to go out and buy a gift to give on the day, the trolley arrived on the Tuesday Mr Naga said the problem had been the fault of Parcelforce saying they had the trolley for two days in the lorry I asked the driver who delivered the parcel and he told me they had only had it for that day . I had sent three emails to Mr Naga but he chose to reply by phone so there is no record of the promise he made. I consider what happened as sharp practise which I put in the email I sent to Mr Naga”
