“There is nothing to hold the bag to the frame so it can go to any angle when the bag contains shopping.”

“Disappointed at size of these my last ones are twice the depth ok small shop but not for family weekly shopping x They seem strong but not used them yet instead I mended my old ones .!”

“The bag part is excellent - it is large and well-made, with several smallish pockets(?) on the outside, with zips. At home, if you touch them, the wheels wobble badly. My daughter has a much cheaper trolley, and hers is much better. However, when the trolley is pulled along, it runs in a straight line, without any problems..”

“The item was quickly despatched and well packaged so no actual problems with the company. However, I was a little disappointed with the quality of the item I purchased. The wheels have a habit of falling off and it is rather flimsy.”

“Three star rating due to the following which shouldn't have happened. Order arrived very swiftly but the package was dismally wrapped. So much so that the DPD delivery man was most apologetic. He had stuck DPD tape all over the top as the package was just devoid of any secure tape. he complained that this was frequently happening. I am just so glad he had the wisdom to do it and my trolley was undamaged and/or still in the box”

“The purchase was faultless within two hours i received a email from Hermes to say it was on its way .the first time I used it i noticed the the strap that goes through to the Velcro at the front was coming apart no weight in it to cause damage .the second time it came away even more unfortunately I had disposed of the packaging to return it and have resorted to try and stitch it myself and hope this will hold.also being eighty two the frame is light to pull ,and wheels are good for getting on the bus .Maybe third time lucky in using it”

“No issue with the service. The product was purchased to replace a similar that had broken. I have some concern as the new one has tubular struts that have been crimped and bent to allow the hinge mechanism to function. This is a low quality design. We will see how long it lasts.”

“I appreciate there is a pandemic and that the firm may have been short staffed, but my experience was mixed (though I have yet to use the trolley): I was delivered the trolley promptly and it was easy to assemble, but I ordered a dark grey trolley and was bothered because 'red' and also 'silver/black' was printed on the box containing the trolley, though I was relieved to learn that the trolley inside the box was dark grey. The trolley also appears to be a quality trolley and this satisfies me.”

“Bought a four wheel shopping trolley. Substantially built and reasonably capacious and moderately priced for the apparent quality. From the labelling it appeared to originate from Spain. Oddly the axles for the wheels were marginally different diameters, so the wheels closest to the backing frame spun freely while those furthest away (only needed when the trolley is in 4 wheel operation) rubbed on the axle. Pushing the trolley on 4 wheels had added friction as a result. Not a disaster but poor manufacturing standards.”

“My shopping trolley arrived safely and well packed, but on first use the strap that attaches to the frame began coming away. I managed to stitch it back and reinforced it, but that is a weakness that should be attended to as it is the only place that holds the bag to the frame. Apart from that I loved the owl pattern!”
