“Shopping Trolleys Direct performed very efficiently & I am pleased with my purchase. My only criticism is, that their courier Evri did not deliver it for 6days, despite daily messages It was en route. When it finally arrived, no buzzer was pushed, & the parcel left under bushes in the garden. I cannot fault Kevin Naga who patiently emailed & talked me through this, to the bitter end, having drawn up a case with Evri. To be fair, another delivery from Shopping Trolleys Direct, I ordered in August 2024, was delivered perfectly satisfactorily by Evri.”

“From the picture on the web it seemed the trolly folded from side tooo side making it an easier item to load into a car. I discovered after putting it together it folded from front to back making it a wide item to handle. I am disabled and it is difficult to handle. I add m disappointed in purchase.”

“I'm sorry to say I had to return the shopping trolley. It was certainly solid and well made, but I found it very bulky to look at, and though that the width of the wheelbase would make it too cumbersome to go into some shops. It was also too unwieldly to lower down the steps to my building.”

“This is an attractive trolley with two side pockets, but it is let down by the floor insert which is too small. Also, when we have bought shopping trolleys in the past, the ones with large wheels everntually make a hole in the base of the trolley bag, so from that point of view, smaller wheels are better, because they give more clearance to the bag.”

“Disappointed at size of these my last ones are twice the depth ok small shop but not for family weekly shopping x They seem strong but not used them yet instead I mended my old ones .!”

“The bag part is excellent - it is large and well-made, with several smallish pockets(?) on the outside, with zips. At home, if you touch them, the wheels wobble badly. My daughter has a much cheaper trolley, and hers is much better. However, when the trolley is pulled along, it runs in a straight line, without any problems..”

“The item was quickly despatched and well packaged so no actual problems with the company. However, I was a little disappointed with the quality of the item I purchased. The wheels have a habit of falling off and it is rather flimsy.”

“Three star rating due to the following which shouldn't have happened. Order arrived very swiftly but the package was dismally wrapped. So much so that the DPD delivery man was most apologetic. He had stuck DPD tape all over the top as the package was just devoid of any secure tape. he complained that this was frequently happening. I am just so glad he had the wisdom to do it and my trolley was undamaged and/or still in the box”

“The purchase was faultless within two hours i received a email from Hermes to say it was on its way .the first time I used it i noticed the the strap that goes through to the Velcro at the front was coming apart no weight in it to cause damage .the second time it came away even more unfortunately I had disposed of the packaging to return it and have resorted to try and stitch it myself and hope this will hold.also being eighty two the frame is light to pull ,and wheels are good for getting on the bus .Maybe third time lucky in using it”

“No issue with the service. The product was purchased to replace a similar that had broken. I have some concern as the new one has tubular struts that have been crimped and bent to allow the hinge mechanism to function. This is a low quality design. We will see how long it lasts.”
