“This trolley was dirty when it arrived and one of the wheels wouldn't go on. Too problematic to send back for person it was bought for.”

“The wheels were difficult to fit and the "lid" fitting a great challenge. The trolley is very lightweight and I find it has a tendancy to tip backwards, so cannot be used as a walking support.”

“No way for large items to be collected from purchaser for a refund. There is no way to return an unwanted item or an item that is damaged. No information on how to do this. Very disappointed with the lack of information for returns.”

“My trendy shopping bag on wheels draws comments of admiration from friends and passing strangers. It has proved excellent for both my casual shopping and for taking with me when air travelling. A very good buy - easy to manoeuvre and easy to pull along. Have only one other comment - if you are tall you may find the handle is too short.”

“I used this today for the first time for a shopping trip where I bought heavy items. It made my shopping experience so much easier. It is lightweight when empty and the big wheels made it easy to go up kerbs and steps. Holds quite a lot of shopping and was easy to pull along. I am 5'1" so quite short - this trolley was perfect! Highly recommend this for shorter people.”
