“My new trolley is lovely and arrived quickly. It's sturdy, easy to use and lightweight. Pocket big enough for a sizeable purse snd specs. I read a review before I bought it which said that the top flap (which covers the top of the bag and keeps the rain out) needs something to hold it down and I totally agree - it kept blowing open in the wind - so much so I've added an elasticated loop and large button to hold it down. And the Evri courier turned up before he was due and left the box flat on the doorstep in a rainstorm. Fortunately the trolley was in a plastic bag because the box was papier maché. All in all would definitely recommend though - trolley is great and company fine to deal with.”

“The trolley is fine. I would suggest you put in instructions for firmly fixing the wheels so that customers don't have to phone you for details of how to do it. It was very simple once I knew how.”

“Only give 4 stars because even though I had a tracking number I couldn't track when it was coming. Otherwise a lovely stylish trolley, a squeaky wheel on it first outing, a bit of oil sorted that out. Used it lots of times and it's easy to use and waterproof.”

“Purchased the smaller set which are easy to store and use. My only criticism is that the poles which the ecrus bag hangs from is not long enough and drops into the trolley as you pack.”

“I've only used my trolley twice. There were no instructions on putting it together...fortunately, my husband is used to doing this kind of job! So he clicked it all together. It's a nice size but doesn't hold my fold up walking stick as well as my last trolley....I usually fold it up and squeeze it into the gap between the main body of the bag and the part that holds the purse. My stick fell out. I just need to be aware of this...I don't have it folded like this for long. but at times, such as sitting on a bus, or walking round a shop, it is useful.”

“Lovely trolley, ideal & fit for purpose but there was a small hole in cover/ lid & 2sticky Velcro marks. Couldn’t work out how to fit bag into cage the right way round so using it opening nearest to handle.”

“Lovely colour and fits well. I find the velcro fastening a bit weak - if I have a heavy load it has come loose. This lost one star (I would have made it half a star if I could) but is not a big problem as the bag still stays in place ok.”

“The trolley arrived eventually as it was on a Yodel van! Not the best deliverers. It is fine. I have only used it once so far and it was light and efficient. I am pleased so far with its performance. Maybe a Velcro closer for the flap would have been an idea, along with a fixture to there the bag on the trolley a little more firmly, but overall, for the money it seems fine. Thank you.”

“I bought a black, petite trolley as I'm only 5 foot. Perfect size for me. I’ve sustained a shoulder injury which means I can't lift heavy bags. I hotdesk at work so need to move my office work and laptop between various places. I also have multiple lunch items and drinks, which I carry around with me. This trolley can accommodate it all, plus a bit of shopping too. It is smart to look at and the plain black version is inconspicuous and perfect for the office. Using a trolley has been a revelation! Why did I not try it sooner? It has stopped all the shoulder, neck and head pain I used to get. It is lightweight and easy to maneuver up and down kerbs. My only criticism is that the base of the bag is not attached to the frame. This is not a problem if the bag is full as the weight keeps it in place, but if the bag is only half full or empty the bag moves around. It would be better if it could be fixed in place with a velcro strap like the top of the bag is. Overall though, I am very happy with this purchase. Delivery was speedy too.”

“Great product. Appalling packaging. Far too flimsy for chunky contents. Had been re-taped several times whilst in transit. A premium product deserves premium packaging.”
