“Not impressed. You have sent me an email saying my order Is on its way, and then a later email stating that you are sorting it out at your warehouse. Tracking is almost impossible. Kindly let me know when I can expect my order to arrive”

“Needed new wheels for my trolley as I'd worn the original ones out! Found replacement ones here. Description and measurements were very easy to check. Was a little worried when I realised they were coming via Evri as I've had bad experiences in the past but they arrived more or less on time and in good condition.”

“It arrived in good time and the purple colour I chose is a great colour and Is very vibrant. I haven’t used it yet but everything looks to be working. I couldn’t decide which one to buy but decided to pay a bit more for the extra swivel wheels. I’m pleased I did as I can decide if I want to pull it or push it and if I push it in front of me I don’t have the weight on my arms as it moves along like a 4 wheeled suitcase would!”

“I left a voicemail and was called back within 24hs. Fantastic level of service and advice! Time was spent to understand my disabilities and to go through options. I required a trolley that could go off road, up stairs and is built to last. I finally decided on the Rolser Com8 and I couldn't be happier. It ticks all ny boxes”

“Got this to replace trolley I bought many years ago. I wasn't as keen on the wheels on this one compared to old one as the swivel wheels were very stiff and often got stuck in wrong position but a squirt of WD40 sorted this and it now runs smoothly. The handle is comfortable and easy to adjust for height. Holds a good amount of shopping”
