“On my 2nd attempt of going out , the rod from underneath broke so very dissatisfied with this trolley & I will be returning it 😡”

“The shopping trolley I purchased from you was total garbage. It fell apart before I reached the first shop The wheels squeaked. The spars supporting the bag fell off All of them before any shopping was placed in the shopping trolley. Very disappointed”

“Noisy wheels. Hard to turn on staircase corners with weight in.i.e 2 bags in trolley. May as well continued lugging bags myself. Waste of money.”

“When it was received there were broken pieces so I was unable to attach the wheels. Complete waste of money, was not worth trying to return it as it would have cost too much. No such thing as a bargain, you get what you pay for”

“I am very very disappointed re my shopping trolley direct purchase of a Hopper Black Stair Climber 6 wheel shopping trolley. I asked when I ordered my trolley on the phone whether the Hopper Climber 6 would it help me and make it easier for me with my shopping as I live on the 2nd floor, that was why I brought it, but it it didn’t. The wheels made it harder to go up and it was very noisy going up the stairs. My last shopping trolley I brought from the market was £13.00 and it is much much better than the Hopper I brought from Shopping Trolleys Direct. It was a waste of my money.”

“The bag has no straps to keep it in place on the base of the trolley. The over handle strap has no buckle, just velcro which undoes by itself. The bag split during the second use.”

“Unfortunately on the second shopping trip, the plastic that holds the wheelin place snapped, and I ended up with a hole in the bag itself where it dragged. Lacking a viablewheel it is no longer usable.”

“For the cost this item is very poor. The flat packed build yourself was not obvious when purchasing. We have the trolly built however I’d rather send it back. My mum tried to use it as she’d had a stroke and needs a solution. The trolly tipped over. There’s no weight in it. It’s like a kids pram frame. Very disappointed ☹️”

“This shopping trolley did 3 shopping trips ( not a heavy shop) the back bars where wheels fit bent and the trolley tipped forward very easily even empty. Not happy and will not purchase again”

“Disappointed, cheap plastic, not good quality , front wheels dont lock at all!! No matter what I do, therefore just spinning out of control from the pavements, very dangerous as far as I'm concerned. Not worth the money. I'm 71 years and have lots of experience with trolley. I may go back to sholly at least they are strong and reliable. Wont buy again”

“Handled are too short even when fully extended which makes it difficult to drag the trolley, hence defeating its purpose. I'll have to get a different one.”

“The Rolser City 2wheel shopper looks smart but THAT IS ALL. It drags on the ground, tips forward and will not stand without being held. All in all was a BAD purchase 😢”

“bought this as I had one last year and it was o.k This one looked exactly the same so was happy to order Firstly I could not loosen the black fixtures on the handles I tried for hours and could not get them to budge up or down and eventually I had to use a hammer and flat file to bash it up I then I discover that I cannot lower the handle it will not go lower than it has been manufactured it will not go down as the screws ( rivets ) block it result is it is too high and I cannot push the trolley I can only roll it which is totally unacceptable as by not pushing it I cannot control it and have sometimes stumbled as it stops dead when I try to go up the pavement I am really very disappointed you need to check one yourself to see what I mean I also would not have bought it If I was aware it was made in China Mary”
