“The product, I cannot fault. Superb quality. However, the delivery by DHL was a nightmare. They sent me an email to say they had delivered my order to my "secure location", and sent me a photo of my package outside a flat door in some apartment block that I didn't recognise (I live in a house, not a flat). After searching the local area for an hour, I found that my package had been delivered to an address some six streets away from my home. I was very lucky to find it. In all honesty, I would not use Shopping Trolleys Direct again if they use the same appalling delivery company.”

“Ideal size and nearly what I wanted - but the wheels keep coming off. I'm hoping I can fix this problem.”

“I am disappointed that my replacement trolley bag depends on just one horizontal velcro strip to keep it in place on the trolley. My previous bag had two additional velcro strips for support lower down on the trolley frame. Now, if I leave my full trolley standing upright the replacement bag is in danger of falling off and thus worse than the original bag.”

“I waited quite long for my trolley to be delivered. Trolley is too small. Those capacity numbers written in the website don’t give clear impression about size. The cover is too stiff. One wheel fell off on the first trip to the shop. The trolley and it’s delivery cost me over £20 and I expected more than I have got”

“The shopping bag smelled strongly of Jeyes Fluid so I washed it and hung it on the line. It still smelled (unpleasant/disinfectanty) so I had to throw it out. A cheap and nasty product which shouldn't be on sale even if it is only £20 - it's not a bargain if you can't use it”

“I appreciate that this was a very reasonably priced trolley. However, I would never have bought it if I'd seen it in a shop. The bag is held in place by one piece of velcro. If the shopping is not arranged absolutely centrally in the bag, it tilts sideways and frequently the velcro opens and the bag leaves the frame. This is very far from ideal!”

“Paid £29 but the handle is too short and I should have returned it but discovered too late. Material nice and design good but somehow I am going to have to extend the handle and I am only 5’4”.”

“If I could return it but i had thrown the bag . It looks better than i used before but the wheels do not move quickly and the handrail is not adjustable and too high for me.”

“Bought for my elderly mother. The first time she used it the wheel fell off with shopping in it. I have managed to put it back on, but she is now afraid to use it.”

“It looks great - large purple cheery-looking florals. But I am very disappointed - I assumed that with x4 wheels the trolley would be sturdy and help me with my balance, as I could push it in front of me. Not so!! I am currently using it to store shopping bags. The packaging was very robust - excessively so. I would have returned the product and sought an alternative, but the packaging had to be virtually destroyed to reveal contents. I would NOT recommend this product.”

“It is very hard to turn and if you have a lot in it you have to tip it to turn and that is not good if you have back problems, it is also bit noisy. Better of getting swivel wheels which I wish I had bought.”

“font wheel on left side seems buckled,the trolley sounds tiinny when going along the pavement ,not pleased at all with it but too bad on my part as its been assembled and cant be bothered to send it back,dont think I will be using it”

“Emballage en carton déchiré complètement sur un coté. De plus cet article ne me sers à rien car trop grand pour mon chariot pourtant j'avais bien mesuré avant, tant pis pour moi.”
