“Purchased a Secc, heavy duty with large wheels. The trolley itself is excellent, the bag very disappointing. With just one very flimsy Velcro fastening, it just does not secure the bag in any orderly fashion, in rain, this would be a problem as the sides open and would let rain in. I have temporarily sorted this with a bungee but, long term, the bag needs 1 webbing strap each side that is extendible as the load increases . The Top cover requires 2 webbing straps, extendible to keep the top flap secure. Both of these modifications would also benefit the user if 'snap' fixings were used.”

“Very prompt delivery. As I suffer from osteoarthritis in my spine, I bought this trolley hoping that it would help my walking problems and help me to exercise more. I have used it once and it seemed quite good but next time I will raise the handle as I am quite tall. It is very lightweight and easy to pick up to store in my car. Looking forward to my next shopping trip!”

“I am very pleased with this bag which is very good quality and will be very useful saving my arms from nearly coming out of their sockets.Being able to fold it up when empty is a bonus.The wheels are sturdy and it moves easily when pulled.I wish I had got it months ago.Thankyou.”

“We received the item in good time,but didn't use straight away as we were on holiday.When we did use it one wheel just keeps collapsing underneath,so cannot use it at all.Your comments please”

“As I have problems walking I find the shopping trolley helps me to stand upright. It is very sturdy. With the swivel wheels I am able to turn very well. I would recommend it to my friends.”

“Excellent service, extremly helpful, had a bit of a problem with my purchase but it was sorted out very efficiently. “my shopping trolly wheels just collapsed on me thought I would have to by another expensive trolly but now I found this site only to find I could purchase separate wheels great considering I had to have six wheels the price was good and they fit perfect on my 4 wheeled trolly and they arrived pretty quick thanks”

“Great Item, but poor customer service from these people When I ordered it, I got email to say they will keep me updated - No they didn't I emailed them asking when it be delivered (after a week still no show) Heard nothing back from them, 2 days it arrived Still not had a reply from them But its a great trolley”
