“The shopping trolley I received was the wrong colour and the wheels on the trolley itself didn't last a month, one wheel snapped off as I was getting on the bus, I thought these shopping trolleys would be better than the cheap versions on the high St,I couldn't be more wrong, the cheaper trolleys lasted way longer than the one I purchased off shopping trolleys direct, very disappointed considering the amount I paid for it!”

“Not very good, the wheels broke on the second time of use. Also the bag kept sliding off the trolley. Altogether a total waste of money.!”

“It was great to deal with this Company. I ordered a trolley for my Cousin who does not have access to the internet. I was anxious in case things went wrong, but it was delivered to her speedily and she was delighted with her purchase. I would not hesitate to recommend this Company.”

“I wanted a lightweight trolley and got a very helpful response when I asked about weights. I chose the Rolsa Jean 2 wheel trolley. It arrived in double quick time, fully assembled and ready to go, and it has made life so much easier! Not just carrying shopping from the supermarket, but things like taking books back to the library, or cakes to a tea stall, and even collecting wood for carving. Although light, it is strong and very capacious. I'm very pleased with it.”

“The trolley I purchased in September from trolleys direct has broken!!! the outer wheel fell of whilst bringing my shopping home, I bought this trolley and paid £24.99 as it was lightweight. Not at all happy ,I was just in the process of writing to you about it so this feedback request has arrived at the right time. I could have purchased a much stronger one for less money so am totally dissatisfied with this item !!! As I had to continue pulling the trolley home without the wheel it damaged the inner wheel.”

“It holds quite a lot of shopping, but we have to take care that we put the heavy stuff at the bottom so that if wheeling it by pulling behind, it is not to heaven on your arm. I find it easier to push it in front of me so that all the weight is taken by the trolley. The positions of the wheels can be manipulated relatively using the main handle. There are three positions of the wheels. It.,s good to be able adjust the angle of the handle to suit your height and the way you push or pull the trolley. We have to take care not to knock our hand on a bar inside the bag, when putting shopping in. We can put it in the car and can hang it on a shopping trolley so, overall it suits our needs.”
