“Trolley bag is not secured to anything at the bottom, so when you have got your shopping in it and then try to lift into the car, the bag falls sideways, which is ridiculous, as all other bags have a strap to secure them onto the base of the frame!!”

“I bought two as you know first use cap fell off followed by wheel I glued cap on so far stayed on.NOW stand keeps buckleing so give up the other one I bought for my friend,she loved the idea of it last week we were getting on bus and trolleys handle broke so that was nightmare..don't know iif she s been able to get it repaired yet .”

“Well pleased. If you are needing a large capacity trolley then this is perfect for you. I checked the measurements before buying but was still surprised at the volume of shopping it holds, beware it can make it pretty heavy to pull if you fill it.”

“Well I am so sorry to spoil all those 5 stars put on the Trolley all I can say is I would not give it one .I brought one for my daughter who is disabled .she used it twice .the frame that is made of a tube metal not even steel collapsed and she could not use it at all .I took 5 photos of the trolly and sent them to the firm but I was told that they could nothing for . so I might as well put the £69.99 out on the road and let it blow away .I have tried and spoke to the supplier 3 times , all he can say that nothing can be done for me and this is what we had after 2 days use .”

“I am very pleased with the trolley, it is light & takes up little space when not in use. However I do hope that the Velcro used to fasten the bag to the framework, when the bag is in use,will last as long as the rest of the trolley”

“I actually bought this for my mums birthday at her request and she loves it. It makes her trips to the shops so much easier. In fact I have also noticed much younger people with them too. Very good quality and looks great with a very good range of styles an colours.”

“The trolley was for my daughter who lives on the Isle of Mull. When the residents of Mull go shopping in Oban they travel by ferry. Those like my daughter who go as foot passengers take their trollies. It is an amazing sight to see with all the trollies lined up both going and coming back. Many have similar trollies so my daughter was glad to have a brightly coloured one so that she can spot it easily.”

“This was a gift for my daughter who does one large weekly shop for her busy and hungry house of 3 boys . I would say perhaps the largest bag might be a bit on the big side even for her shop,but a bit too early for a definitive appraisal.”

“Disappointed that the lid on the trolley bag was soft and not firm enough to bear the weight of a store basket. Had to use the bag from my old trolley. The other fault with the bag was the effectiveness of the Velcro fastenings. They did not hold.”

“Good. Wheels a bit wobbly but maybe meant to be. Handle not quite long enough, if you're tall it will bump your heels now and again unless you can have it away to one side.”
