“Service good exceptthe delivery which took ages and cost as much as the item, for small items (windscreen wiper) Royal Mail would be far quicker and cheaper especially for rural deliveries.”

“The product (wheel trim for Fiat Panda 2007 multijet) that got fitted today is right fit for my car. The product was delivered quickly enough. I am very pleased with the service and special thanks for the Xmas gift ( a pack of chocolate) which my children enjoyed. Your yeoman's service is well-appreciated.”

“I run quite old Fiat Unos and although this model is no longer listed on the Shop4Parts website I often source my spares from here.The telephone is always answered promptly and staff exceedingly helpful.On occasions they still have old stock -on this occasion it was a set of HT leads and these were still on the shelf as the Marelli brand.If not in stock they will try to source for me.Sometimes I ask them to send parts directly to my garage that I use.So really professional and helpful service.Thanks.”

“Excellent response on telephone, good advice given. Part ordered Friday a.m. with despatch that afternoon, advised delivery for a.m. Monday (No extra charge!) Part actually arrived before 10:00a.m. via courier, Saturday morning, well pleased. Based on this experience would recommend this company very highly. (Christmas gift a nice touch)”
