“You don't find customer service like this very often. I ordered online and made mistakes. I email company and then phoned the next day. My ordered was checked and changed for the right parts. Despatched that day and arrived next. The parcel was perfectly wrapped and all parts in the delivery. I can not express how nicely I was dealt by the eprson who answered the phone. Nothing was a problem for him. He got it. This was the perfect display of customer care and service. PERFECT SERVICE.”
