“I had been informed by my local fiat garage that I needed a new heat exchange unit for my 1.6 punto evo. After speaking with Michael at shop4parts he informed me that the part that I was after was most likely to be a single part and not the whole unit, as the part (an EGR heat exchange cover) had a notorious history of failing. He could not of been more correct the part in question when removed had a horrendous crack along its length. Michael saved well over four hundred pounds by telling me this, I am extremely grateful to him and shop4parts, I would highly recommend them, their service and delivery was exemplary.”
