“The parts I ordered were obscure and needed to come from the factory in Italy, a change of circumstances necessitated the cancellation of the order and in spite of the delivery being due next day, the revision was handled good grace , and no aggro. I had to pay an admin fee which was totally expected. Very helpful staff.”

“Incredible shipping time. I've had to wait longer for a package from New York than the package from Shop4Parts (I live in California). The best part is that they had a part that they won't sell separately in the US. Don't ask me why FIAT won't sell you CV boots in the US. I think it's idiotic.”
