“My alfa romeo spare part order was handled by Michael Holdsworth - Customer Service Manager He is patience and answer all my questions. Places my Order on 15th March 2016 and I received my alfa romeo spare part on 28th March 2016 Delivery is good considering that the spare part is send from UK to the Republic of Singapore . Delivery is within my expectation and satisfaction Trustworthy I will not hesitate to purchase another spare part from them again when required”

“The transaction was completed seamlessly and without undue delay, but unfortunately I was unaware of this as during the 24 hour period between receiving the email acknowledging my order and the one notifying me of it's dispatch there was no transaction pending showing on my online bank account and unfortunately for some reason I couldn't access the account I created with shop4parts. To compound matters further when the cursor was hovered over the yahoo mail icon in google chrome instead of a logo 'null' was displayed beside the email acknowledging my order. My anxiety turned to joy on receiving the email of the parts dispatch, which arrived sooner than I expected, are now fitted and are working just honky dory.”

“I have to say it was the first time I had used Shop 4 Parts and I was really pleased how easy it was to order on line. I was kept fully informed by email and text on the status of my order. On the day the order arrived it came within the hour window I was previously advised of, which meant I didnt have to wait in all day wondering what time and if the order would arrive, very impressed with that . I will be ordering from the site again soon.”

“The use of the UPS courier and their extortionate way of charging duty means I will not buy from you all in future, DHL have far more agreeable rates and you should consider them as a viable alternative”
