“How much does my opinion matter? Order# 1000368216 If it was clear when ordering that you didn't have this item in stock and would need to order it yourselves before completing my purchase, I would have gone elsewhere. As it was, my cooker was unusable for 2 weeks waiting for delivery! I feel like I've dealt with a third party in sourcing a cooker part!”

“Ordered on Tuesday, delivered Saturday. Only place I could find the parts I needed. Washing machine all working great now. Only small grumble (not really a complaint) was having to chase up delivery reference number. Wasn’t sent in the ‘dispatched’ email.”

“My Mum's cooler hood stopped working and I traced the fault to the cooker hood control board. UK Whitegoods had the part in stock at a fraction of the price of a replacement hood. The first was sadly damaged on receipt but their customer service department replaced it without quibble and the hood now works perfectly again. Thank you for your great service.”

“Delivery promised within 7 days. Goods arrived within 4 days. Good, comprehensive communication and paperwork. The new spares were fitted to my cooker the next day and found to work perfectly - good strong springs that (I hope) will restore my oven door to full working order for another 20 years. I recommend UK White Goods.”
