“Top oven element replacement was an exact match and fitted perfectly. However, the next day delivery charge was more than half the value of the replacement element. A bit much I thought.”

“Fantastic Service, I originally ordered the replacement part only to realise that it wasn't quite the same for my version of Smeg cooker, A quick email to UK Whitegoods and they checked my cooker serial number and confirmed I had the wrong version of the part, The email response was extremely quick and we arranged for the item to be returned for me to order the correct part. This also arrived quickly and well packaged. Thanks for your help”

“The item purchased was a fridge/freezer handle that was a very rare part. Item was as described and delivered on time. It was a bit on the expensive side but the laws of supply and demand clearly applied here! I would like a second handle and if anyone knows where I can get a Bosch part 490442 I would love to know!! They do appear to be extinct which is sad for an otherwise brilliant fridge freezer. (I would give a rating of 5 if you had a second one in stock!!!!!)”

“the product arrived in perfect condition, unfortunately there was a confusion of measures and they sent me the correct one, but they apologized and told me that I could also keep the one they sent by mistake and it is good to know and it will be good for me for the other door of the fridge, so I am waiting for the other one to arrive, but fast and efficient customer service.”
