No, because it is obsolete so nobody has the part you need and haven't for several years. as we explained. But, thanks for your "review" and for blaming us for something that we've bog all control over.

I was advised that the model of chest freezer, for which I require a new rubber seal, had a bonded lid. This is not the case and I have previously purchased a new seal for my freezer. I will buy a universal model and hope for the best.

All versions of the JLCH100 you have show it to be a bonded seal, only supplied as part of the complete door. Unless you're saying that the manufacturer is lying of course but, if they are, we can't speak to that.

Poor experience as only found out order had been cancelled by contacting company when received possible scam email from a courier.It appears that a computer glitch had caused order to be cancelled. However it transpired order would have been cancelled anyway as price quoted and paid was not enough as price of goods had gone up.Very surprised as thought by paying quoted price that secures the goods.No apology or offer to provide goods even at higher price.Very poor customer service would not recommend.

The problem is that if a bank etc cancels an order we don't see it, know about it or are informed in any way about it. So until you contacted us, we didn't have a clue about any problem. And, as good as we are, we don't have the mystical powers required to see things that we're not made aware of.

Ordered a fridge shelf with estimated delivery 8-16th August. Product has not arrived. I emailed on 21st and 24th August for updates on my delivery but have received no replies (yes I’ve checked my junk and spam folders for a reply too). I’ve tried to call and the phone line is not working

Very happy with the product but not happy to receive a scam email prior to delivery, purporting to be from Evri, stating that they had failed to deliver because I had provided an incorrect address when I ordered the product. This scam email was asking for me to provide lots of personal details together with confirmation of my address. It looked entirely legitimate and only after contacting Whitegoods did I realise it was not. Seriously makes me doubt that Whitegoods' systems are secure!!

We didn't send any spam emails and we do not share info with anyone. Sadly there are a lot of these scams going about and has been since covid.

I need to return an item but the return instructions are not included in the packaging. After enquiring about the process I was informed that any damage to the package/box would mean a refund would not be issued. I informed Whitegoods of he damage to the packaging so will need to wait to see how they respond.

Ordered a part for smegg cooker, chased 2 weeks later to see why I had not received the part and was told it's on order as not in stock. Why did I have to chase and why was I not advised it's not a stock item. Arrived after a month, if I had known I would have ordered one from the EU myself.

On your advert the 6 inch cooker element showed 4 turns,the same as mine.when it arrived it was a three turn element. It wasn't, good fit, I made it fit.On the old element,I could see 1350 watt so obviously your element is the wrong one.I cannot return it since I opened the bag,and I shall be looking for a 1350 watt element elseware. I have been asked to write a review on my goods that I ordered on April 9th, it is April 23rd and I have not received them. I have enquired about shipping date and received no reply. Hence the only feedback is do not order from UK Whitegoods if you are in a hurry!

Delivery was very slow and the part I received was not compatible to the one I Iordered. The specification was very close but the capacitor had four contact spades whereas the one I required only had two. I tried to get advice but I failed using email and I could not get a responce. When trying the contact phone number I found it impossible to get through to an operator.
