“The ordering part was easy and great, Currently there has been an issue with the postage and we are still awaiting the items. I’m really hopeful they will come soon. I have emailed for some support with this. I will update the review once/if they arrive.”

“Just received my new SHO bottle. It looks really solid, a great quality product which I'm really happy to have. However, and this is a big however, it was supposed to be dispatched with 24-48 hour delivery. I expect that means it will be with me in 24-48 hours... Delivery wasn't actually attempted until 7 days after the day of order. Not acceptable in this day and age. Because it took so long to be delivered I have only just received it 14 days after point of order.”

“I was finally so excited that they made a closable lid for the coffee cups but that excitement was short lived knowing that they are very difficult to clean and do not pull apart to be able to clean the dried up milk from them. I purchased w in case they went from stock quickly but I wish I had saved my money and only ordered one.”

“I was so excited to use my flask when it arrived. However I've found that it doesn't keep food as hot as it states. I've been advised that it will stay warmer for longer if the contents is full however that doesn't work if you are doing a tin of soup in the flask as you can't create additional soup to add to the flask so if it's 2/3rds full then it doest stay as warm. I didn't realise this before buying. I've also made rice with a sauce in the flask and by the time I'd got to it it was also luke warm and stodgey so twice I've been left dissapointed by what I wanted to use the flask for. They look lovely but for the money I just maybe had too high hopes.”

“I brought a food flask after seeing an advert on Facebook. I followed the instructions and when I came to eat my soup at lunchtime (around 4 hours later) it was just warm, so disappointed. I wouldn’t buy again”

“Very expensive cup it stated that it doesn't leak, but it sure does, I closed it tightly and tilt it and it sure does leak, I need a refund or one that doesn't leak. I paid extra with the lid, just to prevent leaking, but it still does. Very disappointed.”

“Love the bottles but the cups with lids are terrible, lids are not easy to clean or drink from, spill liquid when drinking as poor design, tried not using lid but not enjoying the metal edge.”

“On first using my food flask I was very impressed, however after 25 days of the product being delivered the lid has broken (metal plate and rubber have fallen off). I haven’t dropped the product and have followed the how to use instructions. Disappointed as I loved using this for work.”

“Coffee cup didn’t keep coffee hot for very long and lid not secure as not screw on, which I prefer. The drinks bottle kept my water cold all day but I wish I had bought the smaller size as it’s pretty heavy to carry about.”
