“I brought a cup from you and the lid leaked so because it leaked I threw it away as it was not fit for purpose then I found out you offered a guarantee so I contacted you but you refused to replace it hence the negative feedback item was brought 15/3/24 order number is 950626 it was the sho flex”

Hi Sarah, Thanks for your review. I'm ever so sorry but we do require you to keep hold of any potential faulty products so we can investigate the issue. Many leaking issues are down to a faulty or missing seal which is a very simple fix. I'm afraid throwing the item away invalidates the Lifetime Guarantee. Apologies for any inconvenience caused. “I have bought several SHO bottles, mugs and the food flask and found them all to be fantastic. They arrive well packaged within good time after ordering. They keep your drinks piping hot for a long time and cold for even longer. The whole family love them for school, work and holidays. I will continue to buy from SHO every time.”

“I needed to move on with my drinking equipment and this company canme up on my search. The shapes of the bottles are lovely and the colours are very pleasing. They take the knocks of everyday life with no obvious damange. I heat my over night drink to 65 degrees C. It is ofgten still warm when I empty the last fdrops in the morning. Very imptrsssed! I have the original 2.0 bottle. I found it difficult to use initially as the drink dripped out of the air hole but have solved this with a flexible silicone straw. Now it is perfect. I also have the other bottle with a staw lid. Love this also.”

“I bought the SHO XL tumbler in a fabulous turquoise colour. I love it! It is really sturdy. It keeps my water nice and cold. With the straw lid, I am definitely drinking more through the day, too. Would 100% recommend.”

“I just needed a small flask to accompany the large one i have. I have your food flasks, which are also excellent . I bought a red 2 litre a while ago , as a spare. Never been out of the box . I still have the box . Both times i have used it, the coffee was cold , within an hour. I emailed customer service . They gave me a list of things to try . ( I live alone & have Alzheimer’s ) . So what they suggested , is out of my remit. I will just use it for cold drinks . Regards Paul.”

“Love the products, I have several now. My only complain is that when offers are available like BOGOF or 20% when you buy 2 etc.. This is not automatically added to your order if you qualify. This was advertised on a fb ad showing 3 separate products and then when I asked why it wasn't automatically included, I was told my product didn't qualify..... Yet my product matched one of the three products advertised on the ad! Puts you off ordering again especially when the products aren't cheap cheap - no matter how good they are!”

“I absolutely LOVE my XL Tumbler. The colour is beautiful (I bought the sage green), it’s easy to clean and even when filled, isn’t heavy at all. I fill mine with ice (much easier to put in than drink bottles!), water and fizzy drinks and I use it all day and night. It keeps drinks super cool, which is lovely and I take it with me in the car all the time. This is my first purchase from SHO and I cannot recommend them highly enough. I got mine engraved and delivery was still really quick and they communicated with me throughout the purchase/delivery process. My husband now wants his own bottle from them as he’s jealous! We have had another brand for a very long time and switched due to their increasing prices and easily damaged goods. We are sooo glad we took the risk with SHO! Thankyou: we will be back!”

“These sports bottles are amazing!! Haven't tried with hot liquids yet but it certainly keeps my water to temperature. I've even bought one for my daughter who loves it aswell.Had an issue with one but customer service was great and sent a new one out.”
