“The flask only works if filled absolutely to the brim with fluid. If it's only half full then it is luke warm after 4 hours. Customer Services advise that is correct and is how it is expected to perform. I wish I had bought a cheaper brand.”

“Love these items, food, liquids stay hot inside but the outside isn't so no risk of burning. Love the colours, I ordered the mushroom in a coffee cup and food flask.”

“We bought these water bottles to use on our campervan. The 1.7L size is perfect for storing drinking water on our travels. It means we always have water at a temperature which does not rely on the tiny fridge. We now own five SHO water bottles in two colours, (pretty) Aqua and plain stainless steel.”

“I have only used coffee cup so far and not that happy with it . It doesn’t keep my coffee hot enough for long and the drinking spout is not great ! It’s not worth the money I paid , disappointed.”

“I have the food flask and the guzzler, both are great. The flask keeps food nice and hot and the guzzler keeps drinks cool, even better neither of them leak!”
