“Absolutely love my coffee/hot chocolate cup i dont burn my hands and dont have to work if little one touches outside but liquid stays hot for hours and my food flask we love them fill at 7.30 and have lunch about 12.30 soup is still roasting and my little ones lunch for school”

“I've bought these items for myself in the past and know that they are a must have when lunchtime at work is always different. My son works in construction and I purchased the cup,the food flask and the water bottle for his birthday present, he liked them so much that he uses the cup at home too.”

“I can’t fault the quality of the products but my last purchase included buying a mystery product and I was disappointed to receive a pink bottle when I am male and would have preferred a more suitable colour. I won’t be buying anymore as it will not be used.”

“I brought a cup from you and the lid leaked so because it leaked I threw it away as it was not fit for purpose then I found out you offered a guarantee so I contacted you but you refused to replace it hence the negative feedback item was brought 15/3/24 order number is 950626 it was the sho flex”

Hi Sarah, Thanks for your review. I'm ever so sorry but we do require you to keep hold of any potential faulty products so we can investigate the issue. Many leaking issues are down to a faulty or missing seal which is a very simple fix. I'm afraid throwing the item away invalidates the Lifetime Guarantee. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.
