“Excellent bottle for keeping drinks cool. I think the website needs to be clearer, as being offered a coloured lid I added one to my order only to find the bottle came with one - lid was therefore a waste of money!”

“Excellent product but when I finally received my order had to chase company as only half my order arrived delivery didn’t come in time slot so had to go and collect it, did finally get all my order even second delivery didn’t come in time slot so didn’t have a very good experience with this company which is why I gave them only four stars not five but had no problem with the products they are very good.”

“My children LOVE their bottles! I bough the straw lids which were a good buy. The only reason I’m not giving the full 5 stars is because the red lid isn’t always easy to get water out of. This was for my 3 year old. It’s a shame because other than that they seem really great!”

“I love the bottles i have bought. They've been great at keeping my water cool in these hot days. One annoying thing has been the straw lids. Iv been sent 2 now and both didn't work but the customer service team has been amazing and hopefully ill be 3rd straw lid lucky.”

“I really love Sho products just purchased 4 after recently finding out about them..I was but disappointed that I still haven't managed to pre order a sippy lid for my Fortis and after emailing no way they can just put me on a back order list...its frustrating having to constantly check online.”

“My husband raved about his bottle (Christmas present) so we all ordered them. Thank you SHO. Only thing missing and a star lost because we cannot get the straw lid. It’s been out of stock for ages and will be for a further 2 months.”

“I love my cup, the design is beautiful and the option to buy the straw lid as well is a great idea BUT it would be much better if the lead to the cup sealed so I could put it in my bag without worrying about spilling”

“I love Sho products. I was so surprised how cold the bottle keeps your water. My daughter has already asked for two bottles, they’re that good! Customer service can be a bit frustrating as it sometimes takes a while for them to answer queries but they do always always always get back to you. I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else.”

“Great bottle and keeps water cold. Carabiner not strong enough to hold the bottle securely, though. My bottle is 750ml and it needs to be of a better quality not to break loose.”

“Been a fan of Sho products for several years now. Always great and does exactly what they claim it does. Recently treated myself to the 500ml Under the Sea bottle. It really is very beautiful BUT nowhere on it is there are shark! Whale, starfish, lots of other marine creatures. With conservation and near extinction of some shark species, I feel you've overlooked this Sho!”

“I bought the 375ml bottle plus accessories as I love my 260ml one. Product is great but a couple of customer service improvements would make the experience 5 star. Wanted to add a matching Very Berry carabiner. Wasnt showing as out of stick but just couldn't add it to the cart. The only way to query this was via email. It took 4 days to get a response that it was out of stock. Seems odd to have no live chat/ such a slow turn around for sales queries. Then the email notification advising my order was on its way was sent 3 days after the order actually arrived! Other reviewers talk about the great customer service so hopefully just a temporary blip?”
