“I bought two bottles and two straws and sadly one bottle broke after the first wash and one straw was faulty on arrival. Although I was disappointed with the quality, the customer service team were very helpful, prompt and polite and sent me out replacements very quickly and without fuss. They assured me that it wasn't common that this happened and I was just unlucky so I've got my fingers crossed the replacements are better. Overall i am really impressed with the level of customer service and at this moment in time would shop here again. Also the designs really are stunning .”

“Calix cups are attractive, and robust and certainly keep my coffee hot for an extended period. Take care though the lid will burn your mouth. I do think the lids need some work. Why can't there be a straw hole, with a stopper, in the original lid, the need for two lids is a pain, having to remember the second lid if I take a coffee to work, then want to use it at work later for a cold drink. Also, some means of covering the drinking holes to make the lid spill-resistant would be brilliant. I do like the cups and have purchased a second one now they are more realistically priced. Please improve the lids and I may purchase more”

“The Pacto is good for around the house and garden as it doesn't fit into my car cup holders. It's a handy mug which holds a good cuppa in it and keeps a good temperature. Packaged well, updated on delivery etc.”

“I have many of your products which I love. However I recently bought some straws, two of which were for the 500ml original bottles, I have only used one and I cannot get any suction from it, I have checked that it is pushed onto the plastic part correctly, check for splits but still unable to drink from it. I cannot see what is wrong with it even after comparing with my other three straws that are the same which I have had for approx a year now.”
