“I bought the 375ml bottle plus accessories as I love my 260ml one. Product is great but a couple of customer service improvements would make the experience 5 star. Wanted to add a matching Very Berry carabiner. Wasnt showing as out of stick but just couldn't add it to the cart. The only way to query this was via email. It took 4 days to get a response that it was out of stock. Seems odd to have no live chat/ such a slow turn around for sales queries. Then the email notification advising my order was on its way was sent 3 days after the order actually arrived! Other reviewers talk about the great customer service so hopefully just a temporary blip?”

“The product is good, just wish it had a flip top lid to drink on the go instead of a metal straw. Metal straws can be dangerous.”

“Customer service prior to placing order answered my questions (between 1-4 days by e-mail), quick delivery and well packaged. Lovely and colourful designs and good to support small business. Two of the three bottles were in perfect condition. The third had a couple of minor indents as shown in photo below (looks prior to painting) and a faint paintwork/drip line, though not enough to return the item. This was a gift so slightly disappointing, hence the four-star review.”

“I absolutely love my SHO bottle, I ordered the 750ml by mistake but now I am glad that I did now. I also ordered the straw insert but it doesn't fit and I will be charged to send it back that is why I didn't give 5 stars”

“Like the style of Calix coffee cup but very disappointed with the lid as you can’t seal it and carry about. Wrote to yourselves and received a prompt reply explaining the lid and that they are trying to make a lid so that it seals .”

“I really love the water bottle I bought (though I wish they'd do the artist designs in sizes other than 500ml). However they need to have better photos on other products like the mug and tumbler. It's really not clear from the photos that the lids have holes to drink out of, which is not what I wanted.”

“Lovely bottles, I have bought one of each. I am a childminder and the children are loving drinking from them in this hot weather. I have piece of mind too as the water stays cold. I received straw tops with each bottle and unfortunately 2 of the straw tops don’t work. The children cannot suck water up through them.”

“Ordering the food flask was easy and it arrived beautifully packaged in decent time. Trying to order 2 x 750ml water bottles earlier was less satisfactory. The picture on the checkout page didn't reflect the colour I'd tried to order on one of the bottles and i couldn't seem to alter it. Gave up eventually. Good products though.”

“Love the bottles bought three including one for my little boy with the straw attachment. Love the design and the bottles themselves were fantastic keeping the drinks nice and cold for longer. The only issue is the straw attachment we found the drink does not come through the straw very well when taking a slip with the straw. It was quite frustrating and cannot see any obvious fault we now abandon using it which is a shame.”

“I Love the 750ml bottle I recently purchased. I would have bought my son a bottle but the prices have risen significantly. A few weeks ago I paid £12.50 for the bottle but now they are £14.99. My son will just have to wait !!”

“All a bit new to me after years of disposable plastic bottles. It was recommended to me so thought I’d give it a try. So far, so good, particularly like that it’s spillproof and love the powder pink colour. Not sure if I can attach a carabiner to it or even if I need to.Trying to purchase a sipper top which seems to be permanently out of stock.”

“I love these Sho bottles but the only downside is they scratch easily. My Son was excited to receive his lime green bottle and want's to use it all the time, so when we went for a bike ride he popped it into his bottle holder on his bike. It is now really scratched and looks terrible, safe to say my son is quite upset.”

“Very impressed with the food flask keeps my soups warm for my night shift you can see the steam come out when you take the lid off. I wish you did a lunch box type so you can put actual food and you can eat it as if its on a plate with compartments. Flask is more mushy food and soups. It arrived with great packaging and no damage. I would buy again if you made the lunch box maybe like two compartments that would be great.”
