“Only used the travel mug twice and the lid leaks as I found out once I got to work and it leaked inside my bag!! Emailed customer services waiting a response. Not a great start for new customer.”

“Love the calix range. Great for keeping my drinks hot or warm for a lot of hours so I can take my cofcoffee or cold drink on car journeys no matter the weather type. Love the size and I love the straw lid versatility option.”

“The water bottles are great. My son has two and they are perfect at keeping the water at a cool temperature as well as being durable. The Pacto design is great, however doesn't keep my morning coffees hot enough if outside the house. It's intended use was to keep it hot upto 4 hours but it needs to be drunk before the 2 hour mark before loosing it's heat. I wrote in to express my concerns regarding this but was told I'm not entitled to a refund.”

“The lid that you use with the straw has only lasted 3 days with normal use very disappointing the plastic retractable top is very loose and leaks it doesn’t stay closed”

“I LOVE my SHOs!! They are wonderful and go with me anywhere and everywhere. I sing and so the XL Tumbler goes with me to rehearsal. When I travel, I take one of my classic ones and my guzzler to keep myself hydrated. I put my lunch in my flask - yes, I think I’ve got pretty much every size and shape!! On the only occasion I had to contact customer services, they were amazing (Ellie, the Chief Happiness Officer deserves a special mention!) Just going to get my morning coffee in my Pacto…….”

“Product actually really good just the delivery is really slow says quick delivery 48hrs but don’t tell you that’s 48hrs from when we they decide to put it in the post!! Make the delivery quicker and you will be on to a win!!”

“Best bottle I've ever had, I love the colour & the fact that it doesn't leak. Even the packaging is top quality. It is easy to carry with the handle & fits well in the cup holder in the car. Would definitely recommend to anyone.”
