“Received a defective bottle where the plastic bit would keep falling out which is a choking hazard for young children. Customer service was terrible and completely unhelpful. In the end I had to resolve through PayPal who decided in my favour.”

“I have now collected all 3 black leopard print products. Now I can take water coffee or food out with me . I love the fact that my water isnt going to be luke warm even if i have left it in the car! My coffee is ready to drink when i need it at work … and don’t have to worry about remembering cutlery when taking food with hidden spoon in the lid …so practical ..love them all”

“I now have 2 Guzzlers & 2 Pactos & they’re everything I’d hoped they’d be. They do exactly as described & they look good. I like to sit in the garden in the morning with a coffee & the Pacto keeps it hot. As the day gets warmer the Guzzler keeps my water cold. I might even get the dog a bowl! 👍🏻😃”

“Was really looking forward to using this bottle especially with a fizzy drink in summer. While the bottle does keep drinks cold it's rubbish for the following reasons, . Firstly you can't tell how much fluid you have added to the bottle, secondly when used with a fizzy drink, as soon as you open the spout a shot of the drink comes out with a loud pop, the drink spurted up I. My face covering me with sticky cola and thirdly this happens every time you open the spout. The Newt has now be relegated to the back of the cupboard. It's apsuch a waste of money.”

“We bought some food flasks and they are brilliant. Easy to fill and kept the contents cold (overnight oats for breaky at the airport). The sporks they come with meant we could keep everything together. They wash well too.”

“Received a defective bottle - the little plastic bit kept easily coming out which is a choking hazard for my young son. Customer service completely unhelpful and offer to send MORE little plastic bits as if that is even remotely helpful. In the end I had to go through PayPal to get a refund.”
