“Good quality bottle and good for hot and cold liquids. Quick delivery and good value for money. Only thing to improve would be the size of the drinking hole as it is very small, perhaps slightly bigger would make the item even better z”

“Very poor experience. Purchased a bottle at the end of November. By the 8th of December the lid had broken. Was told it wasn’t covered by the warranty and all they could do was reduce the price of a replacement lid by 20%. No consideration that the lid could be faulty. A waste of £16 for a bottle that lasted a week. Very poor customer service and they haven’t replied to my latest email. Avoid! Not fit for purpose and a pointless warranty.”

“My daughter bought me the blue flower on for my birthday in early December based on reviews she had seen when I used it and my husband saw how well it worked he commented he could do with one so I purchased the jet black one for him for Xmas.Communication and delivery were excellent and we are both highly delighted with them. They now go with us every time we go out. We have made a drink in them travelled and hour and still very hot we've gone round shopping centre and returned to car 3-4 hours later and they are still very hot. One of the best purchases we've made.”

“I am really disappointed with my SHO Good flask. I have already filled out the contact form on your website over a week ago and had no reply. I bought the food flask to use for my baby’s food, used it 3/4 times following the instructions to heat it before putting food in and make sure the food is extra hot aswell but with each use the food has went cold when I want to serve it to my baby only a few hours later. I am really disappointed and paid a lot of money for this not to be of any use and unreliable especially when it comes to using this for my 9 month old.”

“As described. Great size, however, the spoon is not ideal for left handers as it bends in the middle. I didn't know this, but my daughter struggled with another make due to this same problem. Maybe this needs to be looked into for future reference. She will have to use a separate spoon due to this issue. Other than that issue great product.”
