“I have two Newt bottles plus the infuser. Great bottles. They look good, are easy to clean, don't leak and keep my drinks cold all day. I really like that I can use them with fizzy drinks - the drink stays cold and keeps its fizz. The infuser is great for adding a twist to water and is big enough to fit plenty of fruit in.”

“These bottles are brilliant. I love iced water and drink a lot and have lots of different bottles but sho outshines them all. I put ice in when I first started using it and the ice stayed hard for three days. I just kept topping the bottle up with water. Absolutely amazing.”

“I ordered 3 products - 2 coffee cups which are great and I am really enjoying using them. However the grey water bottle I purchased I am experiencing issues with the flow coming through the straw and consistently being able to drink the water as it keeps stopping so I am not having a positive customer experience with thus product.”

“I love my Guzzler water bottle, it’s big it’s heavy but it holds lots of water which I try and finish before lunch, the I refill and do another, which my daughter tells me is good for me. Do when I dropped my bottle down the stairs I was mortified to see the handle had broken. How happy was I when I saw SHO have an accessories page., I ordered the replacement top at a very reasonable price and same colour as my bottle. Do happppyyyy thank you SHO 🤩”

“Recently bought a 750ml newt in cherry charge and love it! It's pretty, keeps water cold and is a good size! I did have a minor issue with the nozzle but when I raised this it was sorted quickly and easily and I was sent a new nozzle. Highly recommend!”

“There is a silicone valve on the side that unfortunately causes a pour (not just a drip) when the straw spout is open. I tried asking for a solution as this is marketed for kids and I got it for my toddler which means it won't stay upright all the time. I was just told it isn't leak proof and nothing can be done about it. Disappointed although the print and engraving is lovely!”

“Love my newt. As a wheelchair user who loves Diet Coke I always had trouble moving drinks around but this has made it possible. And when I accidentally knock it over it doesn’t spill. Amazing”

“I absolutely love the Newt bottles so much so I have bought one for my daughter and niece. I have just bought myself another colour for the summer. I have various sho bottles and would highly recommend that if you want your drink to stay cold for the whole day then invest in sho bottle 🫶🏼”
