“Sturdy, doesn’t leak and really easy to clean. Everything you want in a water bottle 😄 it also keeps my cold water cold for ages. Wouldn’t buy anything other than SHO now”

“Very pleased with my purchases. Lovely colours. They all keep the fruit/juice/water cold for 24 hours. I’ve just come out of hospital and all I fancy is really cold drinks, by the bed! Excellent! Just what was wanted!”

I've had a look into this for you and I can see that your order was sent out on the 5th April (the day after you placed your order) but it got held up with Greek customs for a week once it reached your country. I do apologise for this. “The pacto smaller cup does not fit into any standard cup holder which makes it completely useless as a portable cup. The response from customer service was extremely unhelpful - they told me to buy a cupholder extension from Amazon!! Won't be buying any further products on this basis which is a shame as I use water bottles all the time and was interested in the food flask but will go elsewhere now.”

Hi there, Thanks for your review. I'm sorry to hear that you're unhappy with the shape of the Pacto. Unfortunately, this is too large to fit in the average sized cup holder which is with we do not advertise this on our website. However, all of our product dimensions can be found on our website if you're unsure. I can see that you've been in contact with the customer service team regarding an exchange. Unfortunately, as outlined in our Return Policy, we can only accept a return of a product that is 100% unused or washed out due to hygiene reasons. As you've already used your Pacto, we cannot accept this back for a return or exchange. Apologies again for any inconvenience caused. We did offer advice about a cup holder extender so you could still use the Pacto in a car cup holder, as you intended, as many of our customers use one with a lot of success.
