“I bought 3 bottles which I love. They keep things really cold for many hours which is great when we are out and about. What lets the company down is the customer service. I ordered on a Saturday with fast delivery (2-3 days). They do state items will be dispatched within 1-2 days of the order which I would assume is to take into account weekends. I contacted them on the Wednesday as I hadn't had a dispatch notification to say please cancel order if not already dispatched as they wouldn't get here in time for us going away. This was ignored but I did receive a dispatch notification within the hour. Sadly the bottles hadn't arrived in time for us going on holiday but we're here when we got back.”

“Bought the new 950ml guzzler flask with straw in cream leopard print and just love it! It really has been a godsend in these hot weather days recently, in making sure water remains cold and plenty to rehydrate you. As always a top quality product from SHO! Would definitely recommend x”

“Absolutely adore my latest SHO bottle, I went with a guzzler this time and can honestly say it's the best one. I can't say if it keeps my squash cool for 24 hours as it's gone within a few hours. Only downside I have is the straw doesn't quite get to the bottom . With the standard bottle I sometimes have trouble actually getting the drink up the straw and have to take lid off multiple times, but these are minor blips, I still highly recommend SHO.”

“I LOVE my new leopard print Guzzler! It’s such a nice looking bottle and the perfect size. The most impressive thing about it…. I put ice in at 7:30am when I went to fill it up at 8am THE NEXT DAY it was still ice! It blew my mind to be honest. Best money I’ve spent in ages!”
