“I poured very hot water in the flask for a couple of seconds then poured it out before putting in my food. 5 hours later, my food was still pipping hot. I have no complaints at all. Luv it. The bottle for cold water stayed cold. These are good products.”

“Very pleased with these bottles. I fill two in the morning with coffee and tea and it stays hot all day, for me to sip and enjoy whenever I like. I like the bottles so much I have bought more to give as presents. Definitely recommend.”

“Bought the cup as recommended by fellow teacher friends, bought it for a new job. First day I went to take the lid off and split coffee all over my new bosses desk ! I must remember to open the lid before taking it off the cup !”

“I have cups bottles and food flasks and can't recommend them highly enough. They keep my food and drinks hot for hours which is vital since my job involves a lot of driving - I need my cup of tea to be as drinkable at the end of my shift as it is at the beginning. The plastic, slider, calix lid doesn't keep things warm very long so I use the metal one instead. I've tried other brands but always come back to SHO.”

“Love the design but that’s it. I find the lid is too bulky to comfortably drink from as the edge is too thick and it doesn’t keep my morning coffee as hot as others I’ve had”

“Love the food flask - it has so many uses for both hot and cold food on the go. It still looks as good as new (almost 2 years later) even though my son brings it to school! We lost the spork to it very recently, and the customer service team were so helpful and responsive! I could not be more appreciative of their help!”
