“I ordered an xl tumbler and food flask. The food flask arrived and was the wrong colour. I emailed and they quickly resolved this and sent a replacement. The food flask is amazing. Put the food in around 7am and still hot by 1pm when I have my dinner at work. Would definitely recommend. Also the xl tumbler is great for encouraging me to drink more water”

“I'm not sure what I did wrong ...but made my coffee and put the mug in my bag . When I went to drink it it had leaked in my bag and was only warm when I drank it .”

“Looks great but does not keep hot drinks hot for anywhere as long as is stated. After 3 hours my drink was Luke warm and was piping hot when first put in. Very disappointing”

“I work nights 12hr shifts i have tried a few different styles of drinks bottles but my drink never stays cold to the end of my shift thought I would give the guzzler from SHO a try and I am not disappointed my drink actually stays ice cold for the full 12 hrs I would definately recommend.”

“Really fast delivery. Order four cups, 3 for presents and 1 for myself. So really happy with the package they came in for the ones i will be giving. Unfortunately I used mine and it leaked, also really hard to drink for as the month hole seems in the wrong place. Had to go back to using my old amazon one that was half the price”

“The bottles are beautiful, sturdy, easy to use and clean. I ended up buying two as I underestimated how big the Guzzler was! Regardless, we kept both bottles and they're being used daily. I bought these during the Black Friday sale, with free postage and they're worth every penny. Really really lovely bottles and the beautiful packaging has been given to my local preschool so they can use them for some interesting builds!”

“The flask only works if filled absolutely to the brim with fluid. If it's only half full then it is luke warm after 4 hours. Customer Services advise that is correct and is how it is expected to perform. I wish I had bought a cheaper brand.”

“Love these items, food, liquids stay hot inside but the outside isn't so no risk of burning. Love the colours, I ordered the mushroom in a coffee cup and food flask.”
