“Great bottle keeps drinks cold for hours and even ice has not melted after a few hours. Looks great and easy to clean. Very pleased with it.”

“Products were good quality and lovely colours. They initially sent the wrong colour but customer service was really easy to hold of and quick to respond. They sent me the correct colour Pacto cup within a week and let me keep the incorrect one which is nice. No fuss, lovely people.”

Unfortunately, it does look like they were unable to attempt a delivery on your order on the first attempt but I can see that this was taken to your local delivery office so you could arrange a collection or redelivery instead. “Poor customer service. Tried to return an item that was leaking and wasn’t keeping the drink hot but they made it very difficult so I gave up. Don’t buy the Callix Coffee Flask if you want something that is water and heat proof. Apparently, according to customer service, it’s “splash proof” not waterproof! Ridiculous for a flask.”

Hi there, Thanks for your review. I'm sorry you feel this way. I can see that you requested a return of a used product as it wasn't leak proof. Unfortunately, the Calix is not leak proof and is not advertised as leak proof so this is not classed as a faulty product. Apologies for any inconvenience caused. “Very good customer service, it’s not everyday you get an answer to a query a few minutes later. Love my water bottle. It is exactly as described, I love the dusk colour and it does what it says on the tin. Very pleased with my product, good value. Will recommend highly.”

“Love the design of this food flask. I haven't had the opportunity to use it yet. It was bought as my daughter gave me a pacto which wouldn't fit in her car holder! Very impressed with both products. I will order from this company again in the future.”

“I have a few bottles and flasks from SHO and really like them all. My recent purchase was the guzzle bottle which is great for work as I don’t get a chance to make a drink as a NHS worker so this keeps me hydrated.”

“I bought two guzzlers from sho, after having them less than a few weeks, one of the handles has cracked. It was not dropped, or thrown. I was beyond shocked, I kept it in the same place in my rucksack that I kept my very cheap (shein!) bottle for ten months prior. I contacted sho, and the response seemed to not care. I wasn't asked how the damage had happened, a photo and f the damage or anything- just that it wasn't covered and they didn't have any replacement lids. I'm really disappointed with both the quality and the lack of customer service, especially as I see Sho products of being premium quality.”

“Fantastic product,my daughter loved it.The colour was so vibrant and the engraving perfect.Customer services answered promptly and truthfully when I emailed them when I realised I'd ordered it too close to the date I needed it for.Infact it arrived on the day.”
