“I was after a small bottle to carry in my smaller bags. Communication was excellent with regular updates regarding my order. Delivery was swift. I love the spout too.”

“I ordered the XL tumbler which unfortunately arrived damaged, presumably in transit. The customer service team were fantastic, responding to me quickly and arranging a replacement that arrived safely (and damage-free!) with me within a couple of days. Great service and love the bottle too.”

“Beautiful bottle, keeps my water ice cold throughout my 12.5hr shifts ❤️ No leaks!! I ordered some engraving and they were very helpful and quick to communicate when they had a slight issue with what I wanted. Quick to resolve and bottle arrived in pristine condition! I love it !! 🥰”
