“I absolutely love my new bottle, I can't believe how much it's changed how much water I'm drinking, I work on a hot ward in a hospital and my previous drinks throughout the day were ending up Luke warm in the old bottle, now I put ice cubes in at 6am and there still there at 6pm! Even on refilling! It's amazing....so much so I bought my husband and daughter one! They are worth every penny.”

“Disappointed! I bought 2 coffee cups as they look great but I've been let down on functionality. Both leaked when standing upright in a bag and definitely don't stay hot for 4 hours. I make coffee at home and drink it a couple of hours later and it's lukewarm. Unfortunately they don't live up to my expectation.”

Hi Emma, Thanks for your review and for your feedback! I'm sorry to hear that the Pacto wasn't what you were expecting. Unfortunately, it is only splashproof rather than leakproof so we do advise that it's kept upright at all times to avoid any leakages. Splashproof means that it will slow down any spillages but it will still leak if it's tipped up. Apologies for any inconvenience caused. However, they should be keeping your drinks hot for up to 4 hours. “I don't usually leave reviews because everyone has a different take on things, and I have to be completely happy, and I'm over the moon! Sho cups are so well made and really do keep fluids piping hot for longer than most other makes, including the big names. Equally they keep cold drinks colder for longer too. Ice cubes take days to melt. I'd give them 20 stars if I could. I'm only too happy to review.”
