“Received my guzzler just over a week ago and initially it was hard to drink out of, it felt like it was airlocked. I sent an email to customer services who were extremely helpful. We figured the problem and they sent me out the new parts in a few days. Now it works perfect and is my favourite, prefer this to my Stanley which was double the price. Thank you Sho!”

“Bought the smaller child’s flask which I thought would be the ideal size but in truth I should have gone for the bigger size my fault entirely. I have since purchased the bigger size too which was more appropriate for my grandson but this does not detract from the excellent quality and value for money that these flasks offer. My only advice is size up, the flask isn’t too big which was my fear and the kids will love the vibrant appearance of it.”

“Absolutely loving my new guzzler, keeping hydrated while being at work! The kids are loving there's too, love the size so you don't have to keep refilling them , they keep drinks cool all day! Definitely will be buying from SHO in the future, I also love that you can buy the lids seperate to replace them when needed”

“Fantastic drinking bottles and lunch bags, my Grandson & Grandaughter loved them, gorgeous designs and keep drinks really cold! I forgot to add something to order and this was easy to rectify with a helpful member of staff. Excellent product and great customer service and delivery, will definitely purchase more products.”

“I am really pleased with my SHO bottle! I had seen them advertised for a long time, then a friend recommended it to me, and I’m glad I listened! I waited for the dusky colours to come back in stock earlier this month, and I love the colour too! I will not hesitate to recommend these bottles! They keep the water cool and look very good too, which is an added bonus!”

“I bought 3 water bottles, one for each of my children. My one year old threw hers out of the stroller the day after they arrived and cracked the lid in half. Obviously, I understand it was her fault but thought since I’d just spent £60 on three water bottles, Sho might’ve replaced it for her with it being a day old. I was disappointed with their response basically saying no but I could buy one. I will but I thought it was reasonable to ask for one as a gesture of goodwill, given it was brand new. Never mind, the water bottles are good and keep water cool whilst the children go about their daily activities.”
