“I don't usually leave reviews because everyone has a different take on things, and I have to be completely happy, and I'm over the moon! Sho cups are so well made and really do keep fluids piping hot for longer than most other makes, including the big names. Equally they keep cold drinks colder for longer too. Ice cubes take days to melt. I'd give them 20 stars if I could. I'm only too happy to review.”

“Previous years I have bought a variety of products for myself and family. They truly live up to expectations to keep drinks cool or warm and I've loved having patterned water bottles in house so we know who's who for backpack for outings and packed lunches. Ive just recently also bought myself one of the Guzlers as wanted a bigger bottle than the SHO one I have and it's brilliant. The colors don't fade when washed and drinks cold all day.”

“We as a family from wife to-be to our children and our dog all love our own SHO. Some of us even have two. All items from water bowl to guzzler are made of high quality materials. They come in great colours. You can even get your items engraved at a small cost. Delivery fairly quick.”

“Fantastic products and amazing customer service. Had an issue with a bottle lid I bought as a gift. Nothing was too much trouble and they sent a brand new one immediately. My daughter loves these bottles as they keep her drinks cold for hours and hours.”

“Great customer service, love the product, I have two now! Easy to use, comfortable to drink from and convenient to fill and keep clean. Only tried with cold water, which keeps nice and cold, can't bare luke warm water! Looks good too with great choice of colours. Highly recommend”

“Really poor customer service. Purchased a bottle in January (one of many) only used afew times a week for cooled boiled water. Send the 'chief happiness' officer photos of an issue with the bottle to be sent away to do a deep clean. I own several bottles/products from sho that get used for more than water and have never had this issue yet it got blamed on build up and cleaning. I completed several deep cleans and the issue remains. Obviously a faulty product but offered no refund, replacement or even discount. Needless to say after many years I will take my money elsewhere now.”

Hi there, Thanks for your feedback and review. I've had a look over your emails and unfortunately it does look like your bottle needed a deep clean to remove the hard water build-up in your bottle. I can see that there was an improvement after your first deep clean from the photos you popped across. I'm afraid some stubborn build-ups can take a couple of deeper cleans to be completely removed but you if you follow the cleaning steps we've advised you to complete then your bottle should return to full working condition. Unfortunately, hard water build-up which has occurred with use under our Lifetime Guarantee, as this is not considered a fault with the product. We do genuinely appreciate your support over the years, and I’m sorry that this has impacted your view of us. “The bottles are brilliant visually appealing with the bright colours which my children love! Seems to be encouraging them to drink more so that’s an added bonus! Very durable so far and nice and easy to clean. Customer service is excellent! Would highly recommend!”
