“The water bottle is perfect - keeps my water lovely and cold all day. The coffee cup is not much use and I’m quite disappointed as an air bubble forms over the mouth piece, making it hard to drink from”

“Lovely designed water bottles and arrived quickly and beautifully packaged (could easily give a bottle as a gift) BUT Sho isn’t up front that the bottles can’t go in the dishwasher. This very important factor is hidden away on a back page and is not listed in the bottle description.”

“My Calix mug does what it says on the tin. The reason for the low score, I get an e-mail a week after I receive my Calix travel mug to tell me SHO are having a sale and my purchase would have been £5 cheaper. Annoyed????? You bet I am. 😖😡”

“Keeps the water nice and cold.But at the bottom of the flask there is always black residue.i have cleaned it always each time.But the colouring is still there.Not very good”

“No doubt, great product Great quality. Delivery was very quick. I paid £10 extra each to have my sons and goddaughters bottle personalised with their names. The names were so small on the both bottles, I wouldn’t bother personalising especially for £10 extra”

“Beautiful bottles. I purchased three bottles all personalised. My nieces and granddaughter all loved their bottles. My issue is the engraving is at an extra cost which is fine, however the engraving is in an area where is not visible clearly. This is such a shame and could be such an easy fix.”

“Bought the cup as recommended by fellow teacher friends, bought it for a new job. First day I went to take the lid off and split coffee all over my new bosses desk ! I must remember to open the lid before taking it off the cup !”

“Love the design but that’s it. I find the lid is too bulky to comfortably drink from as the edge is too thick and it doesn’t keep my morning coffee as hot as others I’ve had”

“The new lids are not as good as the old lids as they make the drink difficult to drink from. I appreciate that they now close and hold the drink inside preventing spillage, but if drinking is difficult from them, there’s something not right with the design.”

“Disappointed. Put the bottle on my gym bag and halfway in my walk my bag was Wet. Don't turn your bottle upside down as it leaks. V disappointed and wont be using for the gym again. Updated = sent a new lid quickly and efficiently.”
