“Really handy and east to use day to day containers with beautiful design and colours. They do keep my coffee warm for at least 4 hours!!!”

“The little bottle is perfect to fit into your bag and makes sure that even when I am out and about that I don't get thirsty or dehydrated. The colour is bright and cheery and when I had a problem with my delivery, customer service was swift and brilliant 😊”

“Ordered the pink colourway of the tumbler as I'd seen an advert on Facebook of that colourway having a straw topper and it arrived without one. When I emailed to say it was missing they said that colourway didn't have one so I responded to say that the advert clearly showed it with a stopper with the price on it and they just basically replied saying they didn't have one and haven't replied to my response. Completely false advertising and a really poor response to a customer being unhappy.”

“Absolutely fantastic products, I heat my food at 7.45am and by 12 noon when I get my lunch my food is still very hot and I don’t need to use the manky microwave at work anymore. They look stylish and do what they say they will. Thoroughly recommend SHO products and will be buying more for the family.”

“Great product and excellent customer care. Enjoyed the product and bought another as a gift. The double lid option is wonderful - probably a reflection of quick response of customer care to requests/review. The option to engrave is fantastic although extra word limit could have been better. 5 star still!”

“I’ve just purchased two coffee cups in the leopard print design, the design is beautiful however the lid is proving very unhygienic and impossible to clean. The seal is pretty impossible to remove and i’m now noticing mould spores under the seal 😩 I’ve tried lots of methods of cleaning but to date nothing is working”

“Terrible customer service. My order arrived damaged, I contacted customer support and four days later have still received no reply. SHO really need to do better in resolving issues. Based on this experience, I will not be using SHO again and would not recommend them to others.”
