“Absolutely loving my new SHO bottle! Have it with me now on holiday in Rhodes, it is a godsend with temperatures around 33°C. Fill it up with ice and water and stay wonderfully cold for the day. Must buy another one!”

“I love the pattern/design but disappointed that the top seems to leak. I keep it upright but the calix lid has coffee in it by the time I get to work. I've followed the instructions about leaving it 5/10 minutes before putting the lid on and it's not even full. But it still leaks through the little hole in the top. It also didn't keep it hot for 6 hours like it advertised. I love my Sho bottles, I have 2 but I'm disappointed with the calix cup.”

“The products I received were OK. The pacto unfortunately does not fit in any cup holder which makes it a bit useless. Bottles ok but at the price point I don't see how they are much better than supermarket ones at a quarter of the price. Personally I wouldn't reorder.”

“Only used the travel mug twice and the lid leaks as I found out once I got to work and it leaked inside my bag!! Emailed customer services waiting a response. Not a great start for new customer.”

“Love the calix range. Great for keeping my drinks hot or warm for a lot of hours so I can take my cofcoffee or cold drink on car journeys no matter the weather type. Love the size and I love the straw lid versatility option.”

“The water bottles are great. My son has two and they are perfect at keeping the water at a cool temperature as well as being durable. The Pacto design is great, however doesn't keep my morning coffees hot enough if outside the house. It's intended use was to keep it hot upto 4 hours but it needs to be drunk before the 2 hour mark before loosing it's heat. I wrote in to express my concerns regarding this but was told I'm not entitled to a refund.”
