“Customer service and website were brilliant when buying the sports bottle. The bottle has met and exceeded all expectations. Rugged but ergonomically perfect. Keeps cold drinks chilled all day. I have been telling friends and recommending them to buy one.”

“We love the bottles, but the quality control could do with a review, we have 4 various SHO bottles/cups, and they all have faults, from split/sealed silicone parts that made the bottle impossible to drink from, and the press on lids for the cups leak. All that said customer service was quite good and replaced the split seal right away, still waiting for a reply about the others.”

“I have tried loads of different bottles in the past and nothing compares to SHO. My water stayed very cold all day even when i topped it up with room temp water and didnt leak at all. I have also ordered the food flask before. My soup stayed very hot till lunch time. The cleaning brush also great. I have ordered a few items now and i will def not order from anywhere else in the future. Brilliant company and very fast delivery. Thank you.”

“Easy to order and all options clearly laid out. Arrived very quickly once order was placed. The company were very helpful. I had placed an order late one evening and just a few hours after the next morning I noticed there was a new special offer on Instagram. I asked them if they would apply the offer retrospectively and they did. This is a company that takes care of their customers.”

“I ordered a water bottle, which unfortunately arrived damaged. I accept that these things happen sometimes, and for me it is more about how a company responds to a complaint. I have to say SHO were exceptional. I could not have asked for more. I am enjoying using the product and would not hesitate buying from the company again.”
