“The lid that you use with the straw has only lasted 3 days with normal use very disappointing the plastic retractable top is very loose and leaks it doesn’t stay closed”

“I LOVE my SHOs!! They are wonderful and go with me anywhere and everywhere. I sing and so the XL Tumbler goes with me to rehearsal. When I travel, I take one of my classic ones and my guzzler to keep myself hydrated. I put my lunch in my flask - yes, I think I’ve got pretty much every size and shape!! On the only occasion I had to contact customer services, they were amazing (Ellie, the Chief Happiness Officer deserves a special mention!) Just going to get my morning coffee in my Pacto…….”

“Product actually really good just the delivery is really slow says quick delivery 48hrs but don’t tell you that’s 48hrs from when we they decide to put it in the post!! Make the delivery quicker and you will be on to a win!!”

“Best bottle I've ever had, I love the colour & the fact that it doesn't leak. Even the packaging is top quality. It is easy to carry with the handle & fits well in the cup holder in the car. Would definitely recommend to anyone.”

“My friend recommended these bottles as she had just bought one and taken it abroad on her holiday, she told me she added ice cubes to the water and the ice hadn’t melted even when the bottle was warm in the sun. This really works amazingly , I’ve never used a bottle sooooo good, i highly recommend these too.”

“I was hoping it would keep my coffee warm for the 6 hours it said? It didn't! Lucky if it kept it for a couple of hours ☹️ Sorry but really disappointed after reading the reviews”

“I absolutely love my SHO guzzler! The size is perfect to keep me hydrated when I'm working or after a run. I took it on holiday to Spain when it was 37 degrees - kept water ice cold. I was so impressed I bought a guzzler for my daughter.”
