“The products themselves are brilliant. Excellent quality and love the design. My only complaint is that when ordered the first two items the was not on the website in that design. I received my order and 2 days later I see a post on Facebook advising buy 2 get 1 free. And the guzzler on the website. I am annoyed about this. When I asked on Facebook, about the offer I was advised this had been on for some time and advertised across different platforms. This was not advertised on the website when I brought my 1st two products or I would have definitely taken advantage. I did then order the guzzler as I wanted that originally, but it wasn’t advertised, I do feel really cheated and annoyed by it all. Which has put me off buying or recommending.”

“The prpducts were great. I love the guzzler and my pacto cup, so handy and ptactical. Im just not impressed that i was threatened when i ask for any update in regards to when my products will be delivered. Customer service said if i questioned further it will delay further!!! How about updating the customer it was delayed due to the weather,ie storm in Jan 2026 hence the delay. I understand its pressure and the stress of managing it however there is always a nice tone to address it especially if sending an email. No apologies either. Its a shame i would buy another product however because of this it really put me off.”
