Just received my new SHO bottle. It looks really solid, a great quality product which I'm really happy to have. However, and this is a big however, it was supposed to be dispatched with 24-48 hour delivery. I expect that means it will be with me in 24-48 hours...
Delivery wasn't actually attempted until 7 days after the day of order. Not acceptable in this day and age. Because it took so long to be delivered I have only just received it 14 days after point of order.
