“Our 9 year old took his mums Red/pink food flask with hot beef stew for his school lunch just to try it. Came home and stated he wants his own flask in a boys colour. He chose the green one and it’s now in use every day. He loves it!!!”

“Slow dispatch, slow delivery, poor communication and when I got in touch with them about providing an update on delivery and got a snotty email back about being busy and that it was mentioned prior to confirming the order. I’ve no such recollection and obviously can’t prove one way or the other. Products arrived, the guzzler is good but the straw doesn’t reach the bottom so final part of the drink isn’t drinkable without removing the lid. Further the Pacto isn’t great for the sake of carrying about as the liquid can still spill out. Won’t order from SHO again due to poor customer service.”

“Lovely quality, feel and look, unfortunatly though my soup is only luke warm at lunchtime even though I've followed all the instructions. Today tried scrambled egg and once again it was only luke warm.”

“Absolutely love it. Great dark pink colour is perfect. Having 2 lids is fabulous I use the one with the straw to to try to improve my fluid intake by having really chilled water available all the time and the closed cap to take my lactose free milk with me. Love it so much I’ve bought my husband one.”

“I absolutely love my water bottle. I haven’t stopped using it. However the only problem is that the delivery times were wrong and it took so long for it to arrive which i am disappointed about.”

“Received it eventually . Looks good. Like the sport. . Doesn't keep very warm at all. Put boiling water out of kettle in it for 10 mins. Filled it with hot soup. Was luke warm 5 hours later.. still edible but I dont think the product would last as long as it says . Possible better products out there.”
