“Great products in a range of lovely colours. We have 2 food flasks, an XL water bottle and the smaller water bottle for my son to take to school. Love that they keep food/ drinks hot/ cold. A great feature of the water bottles is having 2 different lids - with a straw and without a straw. Great customer service, my first order arrived slightly damaged and it was replaced very quickly.”

“I pre- ordered the guzzler. It took from 5 days after estimated dispatch date, and an email from me to receive the delivery. I emailed customer services as after only a matter of weeks the rubber seal had gone mouldy. No real resolution apart from that it shouldn’t do that… The packaging it is delivered in is really aesthetically pleasing! 🌟 I also ordered the food flask and it has been trial and error, as the first few times of using it, the food was stone cold. After a few attempts of hot water preparation, the food is a better temperature by lunchtime. I still wouldn’t say ‘hot’.”

“If I’m honest I’m a little disappointed with how hot it keeps my soup/food. I pre heat the flask for 10 minutes - 1 hour doesn’t make a difference, (maybe I’m doing something wrong?) I heat me soup/food and make sure it’s really hot before going into the flask at 7am land my 12 it’s Luke warm. Amy help would be appreciated”

“When the straw is open the bottle leaks if tipped up. Really poor design. Discussed with customer service who said that's just the design. Awful product for.children who might not close the straw after every use and may knock it over or tip it up because water goes everywhere”

“Love it. Not hot to touch when putting something hot inside. Been using it for soup for work and didn’t get anything leaking. Handy fold away spoon in lid. Well worth the value (had 20% off as well).”

“I ordered the calix in very berry. It came very well packaged. Unfortunately it doesn't keep my coffee hot for more than 3/4 hours and it is not leak proof or splash proof so care needs to be taken with it.”

“I love the Calix travel cups. I buy these every year for teacher gifts and keep a sneaky few for myself. The colours matches from website and they do keep my coffee hot. It’s the only travel cups I buy.”
