“Bottle is ok but the seal keeps coming adrift from the lid, causing the bottle to leak. Also prefer the original bottle to drink out of.”

“Please be aware all - check your bottles! SHO refuse to refund faulty bottles and have very poor aftercare. Currently on holiday with a brand new bottle with a broken seal and they won’t refund so I can buy a new one locally - just send a seal thousands of miles away. So I’ll have to buy a new one! Stick to the ones without seals.”

“The new xl tumbler is poor quality and the straw won't last being plastic. . Metal would have been better . What happens when the straw is no good anymore”

“Brilliant. Put ice and water in it and sat out in the sun. Cold to the end of the day Unfortunately the handle is loose but I can cope so long as it doesn't fall off 😀”

“Really love the Sho bottles but have to say I was REALLY dissapointed with the Abracadabra deal and the customer service I received when contacting them about it. You basically buy the bottle and get a free straw lid! Definitely not worth the money for something you that you don't know what you are getting. I've always bought from Sho but feel very dissapointed and let down with their customer service and how they dealt with my complaint, I thought Sho would have done better than that!”

“Purchased several guzzler bottles for myself and family aswell as friends and we are all absolutely blown away them. They are brilliant and kept our drinks nice and cold for the whole day. I’ve now got others on the way to purchasing these too. They are the best ones we’ve ever had.”

“I love my new XL tumbler. When I ordered I didn’t expect it to come with two lids, I just thought it was going to come with the straw top (like the Stanley cups) so I was pleasantly surprised I can have a coffee/hot drink type lid on it too. I did buy it in a hurry (impulse lol) so didn’t actually look through other images or read the description - it does show/tell you. The straw section has a silicone part where the straw inserts so the cup doesn’t even leak - WINNER!! 5 🌟 from me!”

“Dreadful customer service. Emailed to say I still hadn’t received my order and no one replied. Placed my order on 28th June as wanted the cup got my holidays on 18th July. Once placed, I found out there was a delay on it due to one piece not available until 10th July. Still waiting and now won’t be here on time to take on holiday. Very disappointing as have bought a variety of items before.”
