“I should have done more research before selecting this company. I didn’t realize my initial deposit went to shiply until the actual company called and asked me for a deposit. I also didn’t know that companies have different rules for customers they get using shiply and they do not outline those rules upfront for consumers.”

“Bonjour cette plate-forme est efficace Malheureusement certains des livreurs ne sont absolument pas à la hauteur: manque de respect, de communication et surtout sans aucun professionnalisme. Le retrait et la livraison devaient être le 03.06 pour le retrait des colis et l'arrivée prévue le 04 voir le 05. Nous sommes le 16 et mes colis ne sont toujours pas partis..quand au livreurs choisi ( pour lequel j'ai versé des arrhes ) est muet comme 1 carpe..bien dommage qu'avec des personnes pareilles je ne puisse pas mettre la totalité des étoiles à votre plate-forme”
