“Got quotes very quickly. Access to so many providers meant it was quick and easy to get multiple quotes, communicate with providers and get booked in within 24 hours. Car returned from Netherlands to UK in 48 hours. Fairly expensive to use Shiply (wasn't clear with quote which was Shiply part) but don't regret using them as couldn't have got this sorted myself particularly so quickly.”

“I get that shipping vehicles is not always the most seamless transaction...but Shiply does a pretty good job of facilitating the process. I've used it twice and both times there was a few minor hiccups...but nothing major. I would use Shiply again.”

“Experience was good and access to a wide variety of shippers was great. But I caution users to read the fine print about the "deposit," which is actually a nonrefundable fee paid to Shiply and does not go to the shipping broker or driver--I ended up paying a separate "down payment" to the shipper against the portion of my total fee that was payable to them. In fairness, the total cost out of my pocket was transparent, but the language used to describe each component is deceptive. A quick Google search of "Shiply Deposit" suggests that other users feel the same way.”

“The shipping was excellent. The communication was terrible. I was unable to understand the lady on the phone. My phone call was disconnected twice. She emailed me for payment after I already paid. I sent her the receipt. Some work needs to be done to professionalize your customer communication.”

“Arranged the& paid on Saturday. Collected Monday. Delivered Tuesday. So quick. They sent me photos of the bike when they arrived to collect so I knew it was real. Then I paid the seller via bank transfer while they loaded up. Other companies would not allow this but this courier did. I will definitely use in the future.”

“I hired Shipley to move two pieces of large furniture from Florida to NC. A secretary and a corner cabinet. The move was completed in a timely manner. I called to book the order on July 9th and the load was pickup a few days later on the 13th. The furniture was delivered without a scratch 17 hours later. The movers were very helpful in getting the furniture setup. About the only thing unique about the move was the time of delivery in the early AM, the movers were courteous and helpful.”
